A Safe and Happy Thanksgiving!

by | Nov 24, 2021 | Gary's Blog

Anyone who knows me knows I enjoy cooking for my friends and family.  Thanksgiving will be a bit different for me this year. Instead of cooking the whole meal, I will be guiding my son and daughter-in-law in the meal prep as I recover from rotator cuff surgery – Slicing, mashing, and chopping are a little challenging to do one-handed!  Luckily, this family-favorite recipe is so quick and easy that even I can make it this year.  From my kitchen to yours, I wish you a Thanksgiving that is as safe as it is happy!
