The Disturbing Truths About Workplace Bullying

Today there was a shooting on a college campus. Still not sure if it will be classified as an Active Shooter event or a Workplace Violence event. Either way, it is important to understand that certain workplace cultures make an organization vulnerable to such events. Please remember, victims of bullying do not go on to be perpetrators of violence. However, if there is a culture of bullying at your school or workplace, it is an indication of a dysfunction in your organization or school. This issue needs to be addressed or there is an increased chance of violence in your school or workplace.
